DREAMLIKE AND ABRASIVE DELIRIUM

BOUSTROPHÉDON refers to type of archaic writing used by Oriental and Greek people, imitating the movement of grooves drawn in a field, and in which a line is read from left to right, the next from right to left, and so on alternately.

"...old word which meant that the ox pulling the plow turns at the end of the groove to attack the one who follows, in parallel line but in the opposite direction."

Sounds like an improv modus. Mathieu Rouchon & Maxime Palmer face each other, playing a field table full of electronics, drawing invisible lines from Ancient Egypt to an obscure planet, flitting and releasing intense energy.

À TRAVERS unleash a kind of pyrotechnic industrial folklore filled with crushed rhythms, primitive sound signals, synthetic buzz, layering into a thick mosaic, psychedelic landscapes oscillating between ambient spaces and hypnotism.
